Why connected operations matter

When workforce information is scattered, simple decisions become harder than they should be.

Spreadsheets, messages and disconnected tools can make it difficult to know which record is current, who owns the next step, or where an approval is waiting.

Izharix ERP is designed to bring those operational activities into a more structured environment so teams can work from clearer information and managers can see what needs attention.

Core areas

Built around the workforce processes businesses manage every day.

The platform brings related records and workflows together so users can move through their work without constantly switching between disconnected sources.

01

Organization structure

Organize companies, branches, departments and designations so workforce information follows the way your business is structured.

02

Employee records

Keep employee profiles and important workforce information in a structured workspace instead of scattered files.

03

Attendance

Capture attendance activity, review exceptions and give managers a clearer view of workforce presence.

04

Leave workflows

Support leave requests, reviews and approvals with visible ownership and status throughout the process.

05

Payroll workflows

Bring workforce inputs and payroll preparation into a controlled process with clearer review and approval steps.

06

Reporting

Turn operational records into practical views that help managers understand activity, trends and exceptions.

07

Roles & permissions

Give each user the access they need while keeping sensitive functions and information appropriately controlled.

08

Audit & administration

Support accountability around important actions, configuration and administrative activity across the platform.

From activity to action

Keep work moving through visible, controlled steps.

The goal is not simply to store records. It is to help information move through the business in a way that supports timely review, clearer decisions and better accountability.

02

Surface the right information to the right person with clearer ownership and context.

03

Move requests and decisions through controlled workflows instead of informal follow-up.

04

Understand

Use dashboards and reports to see status, exceptions and trends across operations.

Control without unnecessary complexity

Give teams access to what they need while keeping operations governed.

Clear access, workflow ownership and operational visibility help reduce ambiguity as more people and processes move into the platform.

Role-based access

Permissions help keep users focused on the functions and information relevant to their responsibilities.

Operational visibility

Dashboards and structured records make it easier to understand what is happening without rebuilding information manually.

Clear workflows

Requests, reviews and approvals can follow defined paths with more visible responsibility and status.

Accountability

Administrative controls and audit-oriented design support clearer ownership around important actions.

Designed to grow with the operation

Start with the workflows that matter most, then expand with confidence.

An ERP rollout does not need to become one oversized project. A focused starting point can establish the right data structure, access model and working patterns before additional processes are introduced.

Structured foundation for companies, branches, departments, roles and people.
Modular rollout so priorities can be introduced in practical stages.
Integration-ready thinking for APIs and connected business systems where appropriate.
Continuous improvement as policies, workflows and reporting needs mature.

Getting started

A clear agreement before the work begins.

Start with the requirement. Confirm what is included, how it will be delivered and who owns the next step.

  1. 01

    Understand the requirement

Share your workflow, users, existing systems and the outcome you need. We identify a practical starting scope.

  2. 02

    Agree scope and quotation

Deliverables, dependencies, acceptance criteria, schedule, charges and payment milestones are confirmed in writing before work begins.

  3. 03

    Prepare data and configure

Agree the selected modules and roles, review data quality, and validate a sample import before any agreed migration.

  4. 04

    Launch, train and hand over

Agree the launch checklist, user or administrator guidance, system ownership and any ongoing support arrangement.

Common questions

Know what to expect.

Discuss your requirements →
How are charges decided?

Charges depend on scope, users or platforms, integrations, data preparation and support needs. We provide a written quotation; no fixed package, free trial or subscription price is implied here.

Can existing data be imported?

Data migration is assessed separately. We review source files, field mappings, volume and quality, then agree what can be imported and validate a sample before the full migration.

Is training included?

Training and handover materials are defined in the quotation. We agree the audience, sessions and documentation needed for the selected workflows.

What happens after launch?

Support coverage, duration, response targets and maintenance responsibilities are agreed in writing. Hosting, third-party subscriptions and future enhancements are identified separately.

How long will delivery take?

The schedule is confirmed after reviewing scope, dependencies and access requirements. Changes to scope or third-party approvals can affect the agreed timeline.

Which ERP modules will my company receive?

We demonstrate the requested workflows and confirm module availability, configuration and rollout stages in your proposal. A screenshot illustrates an interface; it does not establish that every workflow is ready for your deployment.
