No automatic service agreement
Sending a contact, demo or quotation request does not by itself create a service contract, guarantee acceptance of a project or confirm pricing. Any paid work is subject to separately agreed scope, commercial terms and responsibilities.
Quotations, invoices and payments
Service prices are confirmed through an accepted written quotation, invoice or service agreement. A payment must reference the applicable customer, quotation or invoice. Payment does not expand the agreed scope or create deliverables that are not included in the written agreement.
Payment providers
Approved online payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider under its own security controls and terms. A payment is treated as received only after successful confirmation through the relevant payment channel.
Product previews
Interface previews, sample values and illustrative product information are presented to explain product concepts. They should not be treated as a promise that every displayed feature, workflow or value will apply to every implementation.
Intellectual property
Izharix names, branding, website design and original content may not be copied, republished or used in a way that suggests endorsement or ownership without appropriate permission.
External services
This website may link to external services, including the Izharix ERP application and communication providers. Those services may operate under separate terms and privacy practices.
